Contract Accountant
Job Summary
Managing day-to-day accounting operations, the full-time remote Contract Accountant will handle full sets of accounts, prepare financial statements, and conduct financial analysis to support decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full sets of accounts including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable
- Prepare monthly consolidated P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash flow statements
- Conduct financial analysis and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on financial goals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional qualification preferred
- 2-3 years of proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in a retail environment
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
