Contract Accountant
Job Summary
Providing immediate support on high-level projects, the part-time Contract Accountant will assist with forensic accounting, litigation, and transaction advisory engagements while working remotely for approximately 40 hours per week over the next 1-2 months.
Key responsibilities
- Support forensic accounting, litigation, and transaction advisory engagements
- Analyze financial information and assist with M&A and transaction due diligence projects
- Prepare supporting schedules and project deliverables while utilizing advanced Excel and analytical tools
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of recent public accounting, audit, consulting, or closely related experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Advanced Excel and data-analysis capabilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Forensic accounting, litigation support, or M&A experience is a plus
