Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contract Administration Manager who will manage the preparation and execution of contracts and related documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, evaluate, and execute routine contracts and legal documents to ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Collaborate with attorneys on non-routine contracts and special projects, providing support as needed
- Maintain a repository of contracts and update standard contract templates in the contract lifecycle management system
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience
- Paralegal education or certificate is desirable
- A minimum of five (5) years of contract administration experience is strongly preferred
- Previous experience with a contract lifecycle management system is strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of contract law, terms, and conditions
