A company is looking for an Analyst Contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, redline, and negotiate contract documents during the RFP process
- Manage the full lifecycle of contracts from request to execution
- Maintain contract files and communicate contract status to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies, Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies, or related studies
- 1 - 3 years of experience with commonly used contract types and legal clauses
- Six months of recent hands-on experience redlining contract agreements
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word for contract management
- Master's certificate in Commercial Contract Management is a plus
