Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contract Administration Analyst to manage and review contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and manage contracts, ensuring they meet business needs and protect company interests
- Prepare routine customer agreements and process contract-related correspondence
- Provide support for internal and customer inquiries related to contracts and generate necessary reports
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or applicable customer service/business office experience
- Some secondary education in a related course of study
- Functional knowledge of MS Office products, especially MS Word and MS Excel
- Ability to act independently and as part of a team
- Some legal knowledge and/or applicable experience is preferred
