Contract Analyst I

Job Summary

To support contract management activities, the remote Contract Analyst I will prepare and verify invoicing, negotiate clinical trial agreements, and collaborate with various teams to enhance project metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate site-related contracting items including clinical trial agreements, budgets, and payment terms
• Partner with internal teams and external partners to improve overall study metrics and processes
• Track negotiations and actions to ensure timelines are met for assigned studies and sites

Required qualifications

• BS degree or international equivalent
• 2 or more years of experience in clinical research site contracting and budgeting
• Ability to explain data for decision-making processes
• Knowledge of clinical study protocols and schedules of assessments
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills
