Job Summary
To support contract management and budget oversight, the fully remote Contract and Budget Analyst will prepare and review clinical trial agreements, develop negotiation strategies, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage contract risks and ensure timely execution.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and review Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) and other contracts, ensuring timely execution and compliance
- Identify contract risks and propose solutions during budget reviews while managing contract inventory
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to maintain effective communication and support project timelines
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Three (3) or more years of experience in contract and budget management within the clinical research industry
- Minimum one (1) year of experience developing grant budgets for clinical trials
- Intermediate knowledge of contract principles and procedures, with the ability to review complex documents
- Proficiency in Excel and basic skills in Microsoft 365 applications, Salesforce, and SharePoint
