Contract Audience Developer

Job Summary

To support audience development and event execution for Semafor World Economy, the Contract Audience Developer will take end-to-end responsibility for audience strategies, communications, and event management, working remotely or from Washington, D.C. or New York.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute audience acquisition plans and curate targeted invitation lists for events
• Draft invitation copy and manage attendee communications, ensuring effective outreach and engagement
• Oversee event website content and registration management, maintaining accurate attendee data and ensuring a seamless experience

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in audience development or event marketing for high-profile business events
• Demonstrated ability to manage event audience development from planning through execution
• Excellent judgment in curating senior executive and business audiences
• Proficiency with CRM systems, event registration platforms, and website content management tools
• Highly organized and resourceful, capable of managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
