Contract Care Navigator

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare initiative, the Contract Care Navigator will assist members in navigating the healthcare system, connecting with providers, and accessing necessary care on a remote, contract basis for a six-month assignment with potential for extension.

Key responsibilities

• Support members in navigating the healthcare system and accessing high-quality, cost-effective care
• Coordinate referrals and facilitate access to healthcare services while communicating with members and providers
• Maintain accurate documentation of member interactions and identify opportunities for workflow improvements

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, with at least 1 year in care navigation or healthcare benefits
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Comfortable with learning new technology and navigating multiple systems in a remote setting
• Resourceful and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills
• Passionate about making healthcare more accessible and easier to navigate
