Contract Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely across the United States, the Contract Due Diligence Compliance Analyst will validate regulatory compliance by reviewing loan files and fees, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and adherence to guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Review loan packages and data files to identify necessary documentation for compliance analysis
• Audit loans for salability and conduct final reviews of documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Document discrepancies and track issues related to incorrect or missing documentation during the audit process

Required qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Quality Control, Due Diligence, or Secondary Market, with fraud investigative review experience preferred
• Knowledge of compliance regulations and documentation applicable to mortgage lending
• Experience with Mavent and Lauramac
• High technical aptitude with familiarity in Slack, Zoom, GSuite, and Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented and organized approach
