To support hiring across Corporate and Go-to-Market functions, the Contract Corporate and GTM Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle remotely on a 5-month contract, focusing on roles in Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Support, and G&A.
Key responsibilities
- Lead role-intake and recruiting-strategy discussions with hiring managers to clarify needs and processes
- Develop and implement tailored sourcing strategies to build and maintain candidate pipelines
- Manage the end-to-end interview and offer process, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
Required qualifications
- Demonstrable success as a full-cycle recruiter for Corporate and GTM roles
- Experience leveraging AI tools within recruiting workflows
- Strong sourcing skills with a track record of engaging passive candidates
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities effectively
- Experience in a fast-paced SaaS, technology, professional services, or B2B environment
