Contract Development Manager

Job Summary

Managing the pre-execution contract lifecycle for pharmacy and medical benefit contracting, the full-time remote Contract Development Manager will draft and review agreements, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and support medication contracting RFPs to ensure accurate and timely contract administration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the pre-execution contract lifecycle, coordinating internal reviews and approvals with Legal and Negotiators
• Draft, review, and revise contracts and related documents to ensure alignment with negotiated business terms
• Support the development and execution of medication contracting RFPs, including managing workflows and tracking responses

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in contract management or healthcare contracting, particularly with complex commercial agreements
• Proven ability to draft and revise contracts, translating negotiated terms into clear contractual language
• Experience managing RFP processes, including preparation and coordination of stakeholder input
• Familiarity with contract management systems and RFP platforms to manage documentation and workflows
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts and cross-functional dependencies
