Job Summary
Working remotely, the Contract Due Diligence Compliance Analyst will validate regulatory compliance by reviewing loan files and fees, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition from Compliance Analysis to Credit Review.
Key responsibilities:
- Review loan packages and underwriting guidelines to identify necessary documentation for compliance checks
- Audit loans for accuracy and completeness, documenting any discrepancies found during the review process
- Maintain communication with internal teams to ensure compliance expectations and timelines are met
Required qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in Quality Control, Due Diligence, or Secondary Market, with a preference for fraud investigative review experience in banking or lending
- Strong working knowledge of the LauraMac Due Diligence software system
- Familiarity with mortgage lending compliance regulations and documentation principles
- High technical aptitude with proficiency in Slack, Zoom, GSuite, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to meet production quality and service standards
