Contract Engagement Advisor
Job Summary
To support strategic initiatives, the full-time remote Contract Engagement Advisor will manage the negotiation and execution of various contracts while collaborating with internal stakeholders to optimize contracting processes and drive better healthcare outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Initiate, review, and negotiate a wide range of transactional contracts including data agreements and SaaS agreements
- Analyze contract terms and conditions, evaluate amendments or renewals, and negotiate revisions
- Develop strong business relationships with internal stakeholders and external parties to support contracting activities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree plus 10 years of experience in contract drafting and negotiation
- Experience with data privacy issues and agreements
- Background in healthcare technology or related fields
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close complex transactions
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, with experience in CRM and CLM tools
