Contract GTM Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a growing Business recruiting team, the full-time Contract GTM Recruiter will source candidates, conduct initial screenings, and manage candidate pipelines while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates for Business roles through various outreach methods
• Conduct initial recruiter screens and provide structured feedback to the recruiting team and hiring managers
• Manage candidate pipelines, interview scheduling, and logistics to ensure a smooth recruiting process

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience, preferably including contract or agency work
• Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth hiring environment
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated reliability, confidentiality, and attention to detail
