Contract Interaction Designer

Job Summary

Collaborating with a cross-functional team, the contract Senior UX Designer will create engaging player interactions for Destiny 2 by transforming complex requirements into actionable design solutions, utilizing various UX methodologies from concept to completion in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Convert goals and requirements into viable solutions that align with UX strategy and design principles
• Utilize UX design methodologies such as player interviews, flow diagrams, and prototypes to validate the player experience
• Establish and document design strategies, guidelines, and patterns

Required qualifications

• Experience working on a cross-functional product team
• A portfolio showcasing UX projects
• Comprehensive knowledge of graphic design fundamentals, including layout, color theory, and typography
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• User-centered design approach, incorporating qualitative and quantitative insights into the design process
