Contract Lifecycle Manager

Job Summary

As a full-time remote CLM & Template Manager, the candidate will serve as the strategic lead and operational support for the Center of Excellence, managing the technical architecture and maintenance of contract templates while ensuring cross-functional alignment to enhance deal velocity and operational efficiencies.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the maintenance and optimization of complex conditional logic across Order Form releases and legal template updates
• Dual-manage legacy and next-generation contract systems, designing intuitive contract template conditionality and configurations
• Champion CLM playbooks and training for deal negotiators, providing support during major system deployments

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in program management, contract lifecycle management (CLM) administration, deal operations, or legal technology architecture
• Deep expertise in CLM contract logic and architecture with the ability to translate complex business rules into conditional template logic
• Experience leveraging generative AI tools and automated logic validation to streamline documentation and workflow automation
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex system interactions and execute robust User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Proven ability to build and sustain strategic partnerships across Business Technology, Deal Operations, and Global Legal Services
