Contract Management Specialist

Job Summary

To support software licensing compliance and optimization, the remote Contract Management Specialist will manage software licenses, vendor relationships, and compliance reporting while collaborating with various internal teams on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate inventory of software licenses and assets, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements
• Conduct periodic license audits, prepare compliance reports, and track software entitlements and usage trends
• Support vendor negotiations, manage software purchases and renewals, and analyze licensing costs for optimization opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Software Asset Management, IT Asset Management, or related fields
• Strong understanding of software licensing models, including subscription and perpetual licensing
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience using IT Asset Management tools such as ServiceNow or Flexera
• Knowledge of SaaS environments and software provisioning processes
