Leading contract strategy and commercial negotiations, the full-time Hydro Lead Specialist in Contract Management will oversee project execution and maximize value while working remotely from Latin America.
Key responsibilities
- Lead contractual and commercial strategy for successful project delivery
- Serve as a trusted advisor on contracts, risks, and commercial matters to project leadership
- Manage negotiations with customers, partners, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve favorable outcomes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, legal, or business administration
- Proven experience as a Contract Manager in complex EPC, infrastructure, or energy projects
- Experience in hydropower projects, including rehabilitation and modernization
- Strong background in contract administration, claims management, and negotiations
- Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
