A company is looking for a Contract Manager II to manage and negotiate contracts with third-party suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and negotiate terms for complex engagements with third-party suppliers
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contract terms meet applicable standards and protect company interests
- Utilize contracts management software for documentation and assist in budgeting and tracking contract commitments
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in contracts/legal, risk, procurement, or financial services, or an advanced degree with 2 years of related experience
- Experience in negotiating complex contractual terms and conditions
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external resources
- Experience in a complex cross-functional business environment
- Proficiency in using internal risk software to assess contract risks
