Job Summary
Leading commercial strategy for global power plant projects, the remote Contract Manager will manage contract administration, project management, and claims management while leveraging over 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree.
Key responsibilities
- Lead commercial contract management and risk mitigation strategies for high-value domestic and international gas turbine power plant projects
- Develop and negotiate change orders, customer settlement agreements, and subcontractor terms
- Conduct pre-award risk analyses on customer contracts and maintain complete documentation for delays and claims
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of contract administration and project management experience, preferably in the power industry or EPC environment
- Demonstrated expertise in claims management and construction claims negotiation
- Advanced interpretation of contract terms and business law fundamentals
- Ability to travel to US and Latin American sites
- Experience working in remote cross-functional teams
