Contract Manager (Construction Law)

Job Summary

To support the Smart Infrastructure Buildings Business Unit, the full-time Contract Manager (Construction Law) will draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts while ensuring compliance and assessing risks, with the flexibility of remote work within Central or Pacific Time Zones.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize commercial contractual documents efficiently and accurately
• Evaluate terms and conditions within proposals and contracts to ensure compliance with corporate policies
• Identify risk factors and collaborate with teams to provide recommendations on contract terms

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• 5 years of experience reviewing and negotiating construction contracts for large projects
• Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Uniform Commercial Code (UCC)
• Proven ability to incorporate risk-mitigating clauses into contracts
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
