Job Summary
Recruiting and developing a network of healthcare providers, the full-time Contract Negotiator will lead recruitment efforts for physicians, hospitals, and ancillary services, ensuring compliance with corporate and state guidelines in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Lead recruitment of healthcare providers and ensure accurate contract completion
- Facilitate provider setup and contract configuration for claims adjudication
- Coordinate with internal departments and providers to maintain contract compliance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in contracting, contract analysis, or provider relations
- Experience in a hospital or physician's office/group setting
- Working knowledge of State and/or Federal healthcare programs preferred
- Must be located in the Eastern or Central Time Zones of the U.S
