Contract Negotiator

Job Summary

Recruiting and developing a network of healthcare providers, the full-time remote Contract Negotiator will manage the execution of network participation agreements, ensuring compliance with corporate and state guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead recruitment efforts for physicians, hospitals, and ancillary providers to secure accurate and complete contracts
• Facilitate provider setup and contract configuration to ensure proper claims adjudication
• Coordinate with internal departments and providers to maintain contract compliance and update the provider database

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in contracting, contract analysis, or provider relations in a healthcare setting
• Familiarity with State and/or Federal healthcare programs, such as Medicaid or Medicare
• Experience negotiating with large health systems and service level agreements is preferred
• Knowledge of code-level payment methodologies is helpful, though not required
