Contract Negotiator

Job Summary

Recruiting and developing a network of healthcare providers, the full-time Contract Negotiator will manage the signing of network participation agreements while ensuring compliance with corporate and state guidelines in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment efforts for physicians, hospitals, and ancillary providers, ensuring contracts are complete and accurate
• Facilitate provider set-up and contract configuration to ensure accurate claims adjudication
• Coordinate with internal departments and providers to implement and maintain contract compliance

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in contracting, contract analysis, or provider relations in a healthcare setting
• Familiarity with State and/or Federal healthcare programs, such as Medicaid and Medicare, is preferred
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
• Ability to align work hours with Central/Eastern Time Zone business hours
