Contract Network Operations Associate

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and service-minded, the full-time Contract Network Operations Associate will maintain provider data accuracy, process new provider requests, and suggest improvements to contracting workflows while working remotely for a 3-month engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain provider roster and demographic data, ensuring accuracy in internal systems and partner databases
• Process new requests from providers, preparing agreements and collecting necessary documentation
• Track contract status and documentation to ensure agreements are complete and easily accessible

Required qualifications

• 1-2+ years of experience in an administrative, data entry, customer service, or provider relations role
• Healthcare experience preferred, such as in provider office, credentialing, or managed care
• Familiarity with provider data (NPI, TIN, taxonomy) and basic payer contract terms is a plus
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
• Ability to handle high-volume tasks in a fast-paced work environment
