Contract Operations Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing team in a remote environment, the full-time Contract Operations Sr. Specialist will manage contract compliance, oversee rebate payment processing, and ensure accurate administration of customer agreements while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to research membership and eligibility inquiries, driving compliant resolutions
• Conduct formal contract reviews to identify risks and assess the feasibility of operationalizing contract language
• Oversee contract administration activities by third-party vendors, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Legal Studies, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical contracting, specifically in contract compliance and administration
• Experience with Managed Care contracting and US pricing and reimbursement
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical Market Access contracting and its impact on business outcomes
• Working knowledge of pharmaceutical contract operations systems and end-to-end contract administration processes
