Job Summary
Supporting the day-to-day intake and processing of requests from HHS Sales, the full-time remote Contract Origination Specialist will manage contract execution, resolve routine issues, and ensure documentation completion while collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate efficient contracting experiences for internal stakeholders and customers
- Coordinate the intake and processing of customer setup forms and required documentation
- Monitor and manage contract execution through Adobe Sign and support routine contracting activities
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in contract administration, sales operations, or a related business operations role
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM platform
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment
