Contract Payment Analyst

Job Summary

Monitoring the accuracy of insurance payments, the full-time Contract Payment Analyst will resolve issues related to variances, oversee reimbursement processes, and serve as a liaison to improve data accuracy while working primarily onsite in Allentown, PA, with potential for remote work after training.

Key responsibilities

• Perform in-depth analysis on accounts to determine causes of payment variances
• Resolve variances by identifying corrective actions related to underpayments and other issues
• Provide month-end reports to management regarding variance analysis and trending issues

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Three years of experience with third-party billing for a physician and/or hospital
• Experience in a centralized billing office preferred
• Familiarity with contract management systems preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and web-based applications for data analysis
