Contract Performance Manager

Job Summary

To enhance sourcing strategies, the remote Contract Performance Manager will negotiate with providers, achieve optimal contractual conditions, and ensure internal customer satisfaction while managing complex commercial negotiations.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and improve sourcing strategies at the business or plant level, managing regional and business teams
• Lead functional teams or projects, influencing strategy development and resource control
• Utilize high levels of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks impacting service, quality, and timeliness objectives

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• Minimum 10 years of related experience, including at least 5 years in sourcing and sourcing management
