Contract Product & Design Sourcer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, a Contract Product & Design Sourcer will engage exceptional product management and design talent, partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to develop creative sourcing strategies, and build high-quality pipelines for senior-level roles.

Key responsibilities

• Build thoughtful sourcing strategies to uncover exceptional product managers and designers beyond conventional searches
• Engage candidates through personalized outreach that connects their experience with relevant opportunities
• Track sourcing activity and pipeline progress to refine strategies and improve search effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting for product management and design roles
• Familiarity with modern recruiting tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems
• Ability to assess candidates for transferable skills and exceptional talent beyond keyword matching
• Experience using creative search techniques and market research to identify high-potential candidates
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and recruiters
