Contract Program Manager

Job Summary

Managing the successful delivery of assigned contracts, the full-time remote Contract Program Manager will oversee contract performance, ensure compliance with requirements, and serve as the primary point of accountability for contract execution.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of all contract requirements in accordance with applicable directives and maintain accountability for deliverables
• Coordinate contract staff and subcontractors, ensuring effective assignment and execution of work
• Serve as the primary interface with the Government/customer regarding contract execution, providing regular performance updates and addressing any issues

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Federal consulting, program leadership, or related fields
• Demonstrated accountability for major workstreams and multi-disciplinary teams
• Exceptional skills in executive facilitation, writing, and decision support
• Ability to integrate diverse disciplines and manage ambiguity effectively
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer; may require occasional standing or moving about
