Contract Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a short-term hiring initiative, the temporary full-time Contract Recruiter will collaborate with hiring leaders to identify, attract, and present qualified candidates for various corporate and technology-related positions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring leaders to understand job openings and candidate profiles
• Manage candidate pipelines and recruiting activities within the applicant tracking system
• Conduct phone screenings and present qualified candidates to hiring leaders

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly for corporate and technology roles
• Proven success in sourcing candidates for hard-to-fill positions
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably iCIMS
• Ability to provide recruiting services equivalent to approximately 30 hours per week
