Contract Recruiter

Job Summary

To support business priorities, the part-time Contract Recruiter will manage full life cycle recruitment for assigned roles, partnering with Hiring Managers and HR to develop effective hiring strategies and enhance the candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted talent advisor, leveraging market intelligence and recruiting analytics to align hiring strategies with business objectives
• Drive a best-in-class candidate experience by managing stakeholder communications and continuously improving the hiring journey
• Lead full life cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates to Hiring Managers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred; or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 1+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience required; 3+ years preferred
• Experience recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced corporate or agency environment
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System required; Workday or similar ATS experience preferred
• Strong consultative and analytical skills with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively
