Contract Recruiter

Job Summary

Supporting accelerated hiring across the engineering organization, the full-time Contract Recruiter will manage a portfolio of primarily engineering roles, proactively source candidates, and coordinate interview processes in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruiting process for technical roles, ensuring alignment with hiring managers on requirements
• Proactively source and engage passive engineering candidates through various technical networks and platforms
• Coordinate technical interview loops and facilitate timely hiring decisions while maintaining accurate pipeline data

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on technical roles
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing technical talent, particularly in Python and Go
• Experience using recruiting tools such as Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Availability to work during US East Coast or Central business hours
