Job Summary
To support talent acquisition efforts, the contracted Contract Recruiter will source and screen candidates for various roles, partner with hiring teams to develop sourcing strategies, and maintain candidate pipelines while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates across multiple skill sets, including sales and technical positions
- Collaborate with hiring teams to create and execute effective sourcing strategies
- Conduct in-depth interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 5-8 years of experience in Talent Development, with 3-5 years in a recruiting role
- Expertise in areas such as Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain
- Proven track record in engaging and recruiting talent
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and online recruiting tools
