Contract Recruiter
Job Summary
Seeking a West Coast-based Contract Recruiter for approximately 4 months, who will manage full-cycle recruiting for a mix of technical and non-technical roles, utilizing AI tools to proactively source candidates while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Run full-cycle searches from intake through offer, collaborating closely with hiring managers
- Proactively source, screen, and engage candidates for both technical and non-technical roles
- Champion a diverse pipeline by building slates that reflect a broad range of backgrounds and maintaining structured criteria with hiring managers
Required qualifications:
- Must be located in the Pacific Time zone
- Proven track record recruiting at a startup or tech company or in an agency recruiting for tech roles
- Hands-on experience with customizable ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Ashby, or Lever
- Comfort in ambiguity with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Commitment to candidate experience and building diverse pipelines
