Contract Recruiter
Job Summary
Owning full-cycle recruiting for approximately 12 to 15 positions, the fully remote Contract Recruiter will proactively source candidates, manage interviews, and drive the hiring process to support an aggressive timeline of 58 hires over the next seven weeks.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple positions across various U.S. markets
- Source and engage qualified candidates, including those not actively seeking new opportunities
- Track recruiting activity and maintain candidate engagement throughout the hiring process
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly in high-volume environments
- Experience recruiting for field-based, hourly, skilled trades, or operations roles
- Strong sourcing skills with the ability to engage passive candidates
- Familiarity with multifamily, property management, or facilities recruiting
- Tech-savvy with experience in recruiting systems; Workday experience is a plus
