Job Summary

Focusing on high-volume hiring, the full-time Contract Recruiter will create strong candidate pipelines, conduct efficient interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Establish strong working relationships with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition partners through structured intake meetings and proactive communication
• Conduct recruiter screens and interviews for defined high-volume requisitions, efficiently moving candidates through the hiring process
• Build and maintain qualified candidate pipelines through targeted sourcing, outreach, and ongoing talent relationship management

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, particularly in high-volume hiring
• Experience conducting structured recruiter screens or interviews and evaluating candidates against defined qualifications
• Proficiency in managing recruiting activity in an applicant tracking system and maintaining accurate candidate records
