Job Summary

To support a surge in hiring, the part-time Contract Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruiting process for complex roles, partnering with hiring managers remotely to source and guide exceptional candidates through the hiring funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
• Continuously improve recruiting practices and maintain clear candidate records in the ATS

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth startup or agency supporting tech clients
• Proven success in hiring for complex and niche roles with high hiring standards
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, or similar ATS platforms
• Strong resume screening and candidate vetting skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining clear communication
