Job Summary

To achieve staffing objectives, the hybrid-remote Contract Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage entry and mid-level salaried recruiting processes, ensuring compliance with requisition and advertising protocols while facilitating candidate assessments and onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all entry and mid-level salaried recruiting, ensuring compliance with requisition and advertising processes
• Review resumes and applications, forwarding qualified candidates to internal stakeholders and setting up assessments
• Facilitate candidate communication, including travel arrangements and interview logistics, while managing the onboarding process for new hires

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 2-4 years of recruiting experience
• Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications, including video conferencing tools
