Required qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including Senior Manager and Director-level searches
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and advising on search strategies
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill roles in business and business-technology functions
- Strong sourcing and passive-candidate engagement skills
- Experience using Workday or similar ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
