Job Summary
To support talent acquisition efforts, the fully remote Contract Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding, while working independently to meet hiring needs across various departments.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Coordinate onboarding logistics, including scheduling orientation sessions and facilitating new hire setup
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in homeowners' insurance, construction, or restoration industry
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, specifically Paylocity, and recruiting operations
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple requisitions
- Reliable high-speed home broadband internet connection with specified minimum speeds
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
