Job Summary

To support a growing Business recruiting team, the full-time Contract Recruiter will source candidates, conduct initial screens, and manage candidate pipelines in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates for Business roles through outreach and referrals
• Conduct initial recruiter screens and provide structured feedback to the recruiting team and hiring manager
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely interview scheduling and logistics

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience, preferably in contract or agency roles
• Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth hiring environment
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems
• Strong interest in fintech and understanding of related products
• Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively with shifting priorities
