Supporting a growing healthcare-focused business, the fully remote Contract Recruiter will lead recruiting efforts for high volume call center and operations roles, as well as leadership opportunities, over a 3-6 month engagement.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of open requisitions while maintaining organization and candidate momentum
- Collaborate with hiring leaders to adapt to shifting needs throughout the search process
- Proactively source candidates and build talent pipelines beyond inbound applications
Required qualifications:
- Experience in call center or customer support hiring, preferably in a healthcare startup environment
- Proven track record in high-volume hiring and adapting to changing hiring priorities
- Familiarity with ATS systems and AI tools for recruiting
