Contract Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the remote Contract Recruiter will manage full-cycle hiring for Scale Media and its brands over a 3-month engagement, partnering with hiring managers to fill roles in growth, marketing, and analytics while building candidate pipelines and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple open requisitions from kickoff to offer acceptance, conducting intake meetings and first-round screens
• Proactively source candidates through various channels and build target lists for hard-to-fill roles
• Coordinate interview processes, maintain accurate records in JazzHR, and manage compensation discussions to close candidates

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including contract roles with a focus on timely hires
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing candidates across multiple functions simultaneously
• Familiarity with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS like JazzHR
• Strong written communication skills for outreach, job descriptions, and updates to hiring managers
• Experience in-house at DTC, eCommerce, or consumer brands, or as an agency recruiter transitioning to in-house roles
