Job Summary
Supporting hiring initiatives across telehealth and operational teams, the full-time Contract Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, source and engage qualified candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop strategic sourcing and recruitment marketing plans for assigned openings
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for various healthcare support and operational roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
Required qualifications
- Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or healthcare recruiting preferred
- Strong sourcing and networking skills with the ability to engage passive candidates
- Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems and other sourcing tools preferred
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
