Contract Recruiter for SAP and Oracle
Job Summary
To support a growing contractor and consulting workforce, the full-time Contract Recruiter for SAP and Oracle will manage full-cycle recruiting for specialized enterprise technology talent across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting specifically for contractor and consultant hiring
- Source and engage SAP and Oracle consultants across various functional and technical skill sets
- Build and manage contractor pipelines to support current and upcoming customer projects
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated experience recruiting SAP and Oracle consultants
- Strong experience with contract/contingent workforce recruiting
- Experience recruiting onshore and nearshore talent across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico
- Strong understanding of the systems integrator and enterprise consulting ecosystem
- Previous recruiting experience at a systems integrator such as Accenture or Deloitte is highly preferred
