Contract Recruiter for Technical Operations
Job Summary
To support a growing Talent Acquisition team, the remote Contract Recruiter for Technical Operations will focus on sourcing and recruiting specialized talent in Technical Operations and Engineering within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries for a 3-month engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process for Technical Operations and Engineering positions, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates for specialized roles such as Validation Engineers and Capital Project Managers
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and provide market insights regarding candidate availability and competitive hiring activity
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of recruiting experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for technical roles such as Validation/CQV Engineers and Process Engineers
- Strong understanding of GMP manufacturing environments and related technical functions
- Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify specialized talent
