Contract Review Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Contract Review Analyst will serve as the legal point of contact for reviewing various corporate contracts, including purchase agreements and nondisclosure agreements, while managing timelines and supporting process improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Review and route prospective subcontractor objections to terms and other corporate contracts
- Train team members on contract review processes and contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met and complete administrative tasks as required
Required qualifications
- Experience with DocuSign or similar contract routing tools
- Background in contract review projects, preferably in a managed service environment
- Ability to understand complex contractual language and identify client risks
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Familiarity with contract management tools and proficiency in MS Office
